All deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday. A post office box address is not accepted.

Delivery times

*** Please note due to COVID-19 we are experiencing significant shipping delays. The current estimated timeframe for an order to be made ready for collection by the courier is within six business days. We thank you for your patience during these uncertain times. 

If you Pre-Ordered an Out of Stock item or placed a Back-Order you will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details, this can take up to 20 business days for dispatch.  

All our rugs are dispatched within 3 - 5 business days. The delivery time depends on the delivery location. Generally, the delivery time after dispatch is:

Change of mind + buyers regret - Exchange

Don’t like your rug? Or it doesn’t quite look right in your home? No worries at all. Please get in touch with customer support within 5 days from date of delivery and we will organise FREE return shipping for you if you live in Metropolitan Australia. Please ensure the rug is wrapped in original packaging and condition, and is tight and secure. miarlo will organise your return shipping for you. Once we have received your rug and have assessed it you will receive an email with your store credit for your exchange.

Change of mind + buyers regret - Refund

Don’t like your rug once it has been delivered and want a refund instead? No worries at all, we can definitely help you! Please get in touch with customer support within 5 days from the date of delivery to arrange your refund. Please ensure your rug is wrapped in original packaging and condition, is tight and secure ready for return shipping. miarlo will organise your return shipping for you. Once we have received your rug and have assessed it for any damages, we will issue you a refund less the cost of the inbound shipping.

Damaged / Faulty - Refund or exchange

Has your rug arrived faulty or has the wrong rug been shipped? No problem at all, these things happen! Please get in touch with customer support within 5 days from date of delivery with images of the defects and we will organise free return shipping for you, no matter where in Australia you live! Please ensure the rug is wrapped in original packaging and condition, and is tight and secure. miarlo will organise your return shipping for you. Once we have received your rug and have assessed it, you will receive an email with your store credit to place your new order or refund. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

* Depending on whether the defect is determined to be a minor or major defect, miarlo will provide a suitable remedy such as the following - 
- Suggest a method self repair 
- Replace the product (subject to availability)
- Offer you an alternative product
- Offer a partial or full store credit voucher or refund

Exceptions / Non-returnable items -

Custom & vintage products (such as special orders or personalised items) are unable to be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
